New Frustrations of 10.3.0

Plenty of them, but one thing thats seriously annoyed me is the final table in my first season as Hull.
managed to get 13th despite the £0 transfer budget and having to cut the wages, but the top four - Chelsea, Spurs, BOLTON, Man Utd

Anyone else having any problems with a random team doing ridiculously well?
