NEW GAME Setup help

when i am trying to start a new game it will not let me choose and editor data files, can someone help me with this? please

when starting a new game there's a box you have to tick (when choosing database). It's something like 'allow custom files' but I don't really know. Just look for a box to tick then it will take you to a page where you can pick the right database
