new game

i am thinking of starting a game abroad but i dont know what team to use.

i want to start of with a team that are not well known and have pretty low expectations and then proggresively work my way to the top

do you know any teams that will be a challenge from serie B, liga adelante,ligue 2 etc that will fit this and also if they have a decent budget that would be nice

any ideas??
