I'm currently working on a new Irish League Set up; since our league is frankly a disgraceful!
I've always been a huge fan of the way the GAA set up their season: Having a provincial Championship, an All-Ireland Championship and a league system.
I'll up uploading the Database up here when I get it finished.
Plans:

Note: The vast majority of the Stadium's capacity is standing.
Each County is broken up into their Provincial Regions
Provincial Championship
Format:
Munster: Round-robin League - top 4 qualify for Munster Semi-finals

Ulster: Two Groups of 4 (Round-robin): Top 2 from each group qualify for Ulster Semi-final

Connacht: Round Robbin League - top 4 qualify for Connacht Semi-finals

Leinster: Two Groups of 6 (play each other only once) - Top 2 from each group qualify for Leinster Semi-final

Knock out rounds and final are played in Neutral venues based in the Province.
* I moved Donegal into the Connacht league make help with cup fixtures: Connact and Ulster now have 6 & 8 counties respectively.
All Ireland Senior Cup
Irish Super Cup: 16/8/14
Legue: 23/8/14 - 9/5/2015
Provincial Championships: 6/9/14 - 22/1/15
All Ireland Championship: 14/2/15 - 16/5/14
Draft Schedule
I've Given each county their respective GAA stadium and switch Ireland's home national grounds to Croke Park.
Each Stadium is freshly created, Longitude and latitudes with researched Capacity; seating/standing and expansion potential; as well as existing redevelopment.
