I recommend Scott Malone from Millwall although he is not that high rated after a few years he can develop into a very handy premier league player

You might be able to pick up Criscito, who has good crossing and solid mental attributes.

Bernat is usually available because he falls out of favour at Bayern. You can get him for about £16 million and he fulfils the young player philosophy that the Liverpool board impose.
