new nation problems

I decided to make a new nation along with a league and two cups.
I changed San Marino to Madeira (portuguese autonomous island in the Atlantic), created a league with a cup and a supercup.
Next I did what is normal when creating a new nation.... and at the end I check for errors. None.
So I loaded the game and when I begin a save the regens have italian names although they are born in Madeira (I changed the language to portuguese of everything linked to San Marino, I also deleted everything about San Marino - clubs, staff, players, etc...).

Can you help me find what's the problem?

You need to use a defunct nation to solve this problem. If not, you will always have this problem. I also had the same problem in the past when I created new nations.

To find the list of defunct nations in FM 2013, go to "nations", "filter", "customize", "add condition" and choose "game importance" is "not set".
