New Network Game, with a twist!

This twist is every single team in the English Premier League with £1bn as a balance. However, this does alter between different clubs and different chairmen. Also, I will give every single team a maximum reputation and morale. Also, as well as £1bn in balance, the teams who were in loan debt beforehand, will be wiped out of debt. Have fun, and spend your money wisely.
