New Patch Idea..?

Was wondering, if someone could make a patch, where, You start with 0 players, and 75million to spend, but make it so you can only get players under the age of 24, i think alot of people will download and use it tbh. I don't know how to do it, so was asking if anyone else would? (H)

i will make it but i think its impossible to just be able to get rid of all the players over 24 you could but it would take time

no i mean, you can only buy playing under 24...
the other teams stay the same

Well, when you download the patch if it is made, just don't look to buy players over 24. Surely that would solve the problem no?
