New patch problem

I have a problem finding the newest patch as i don't run my FM11 through a steam or with a disc i just run it off the desktop can someone help me out please as i really need this patch.

Ive checked them 1's but which 1 do i pick as when i use the pc disc it asks me to insert disc but i do not have 1

So you are not using Steam, and you don't have a disk... So that means you have a pirated copy...
