New position training - questions RE: CA/PA

Does being able to play multiple position affect CA?

E.g. if two players have identical stats (incl. hidden) but one is natural in multiple positions would the player have a higher CA (as he can generally do 'more') or does training for a new position simply only have the effect of attributes developing slower?

I think it doesn't matter for the CA. Since the CA is the current points given to his abilities.
Altough, once you're gonna train a person to a new position it means he has less time to train his current abilities, so his PA wouldn't get maxed.

Not sure on this, but it's what I think how it is.
