New positions

How long does it take for players to change position? I've changed Fabregas to a AMC and Raul Garcia to a ML but Aranburu seems to be taking longer than either of them is it because of his personality or that i'm changing him into a different position (DMC)? Any ideas:|

how long it takes depends there versatilty(hidden atrribute) sometimes it can take a matter of months, but on sum occasions it takes a couple of years

Yeh not every player will change position. Their current position is for a reason...that's where they play best!
