New stadium in first season!

Hello, i started a game as Tottenham, and in my first stadium i approached the board about getting a new stadium and they actually accepted!
Now, this is the first time i've ever actually had a board agree to a new stadium, has anyone else had a new stadium request granted in the first season?
Oh, and they're moving from white heart line to 'Perryman Stadium' the construction will cost a whopping 200 Million, and the capacity will increase from White Heart Lanes 36K seater, to 49k, seems like a poor upgrade! haha, oh and it's only going to take 3 years:L

Playing as tottenham 1st sæson aswell but i didnt ask for a New stadium because i think the upgrade is too expensive considering the stadium size..

It will be expandable so the money you are paying now will partly reduce what you pay for stadium expansions in the future.

In my tottenham game they built Perryman Park in 2018 65,000 capacity then in 2041 they built Tall Park (named after me) 93,845 capacity
