new Stadium/Stadiums expansions too cheap?

I haven't moved stadiums for a while but remember a new stadium costing me around 150million for a 60,000 seater. Having read that the costs of Liverpools (now unlikely) plans to move stadium would cost something like 300million or expanding anfield would cost something like 50 million I've been thinking that cost for expanding stadia is far too cheap in this game.
