i just built a new stadium and it just billed me £50 million i thought these where free can anyone help me out

in previous managers when the board built a stadium it didnt take it away from my balance can anyone tell me how much this is going to cost

normally the board take out a loan unless you are minted. you get charged, and always have as far as i remember
