whats the biggest or smallest new stadium you've had built?

has it been named after you or had a funny name?

i've just asked my board for one and it was accepted, being top of the championship and looking good for the title i was expecting around a 20-25000 seater. Not huge i know but i'm playing as ebbsfleet and have a current capacity of about 6000. Anyways they came back with a 13800 seater stadium, i was pretty gutted!
 
Been at alloa for 10 years and won the SPL 4 years running, after waiting 2 seasons for the plans to be decided I now have to wait 2 more years to build the Alloa stadium :( Its gonna be around 20k iirc

I thought they would name it after me for all i've done, gutted
 
My question is similar, I am managing a tier 9 team. I'm only looking to increase the capacity, stadium (only 1600) Not to get a new stadium. I've always wondered how the seating increase works and is the increase based on the population of the town?

I'm with Birmingham in 2021. The new stadium is to be finished in late 2021 and will have a capacity of 61230. Also, named after me!
 
I had a save where i was in 2024 with Spurs and the stadium was called James Park haha
 
The worst is when they're called things like Chelsea Stadium. It just sounds horrible

haha yeah, when I played with chelsea, i asked for an expansion in my third year after basically winning everything so my fan base had increased...and i thought they're going to name it after me...instead they name it Zola Stadium. I quit the save.

You expect a club with the history of Chelsea to name a stadium after you when you've spent three years in charge that is ridiculous they were never going to.

i didn't really expect them to name it after me...but seeing as I'd won everything every season, I could have hoped. Because usually if you're a club legend, there is a chance that they name it after you.
 
I have to agree with Golem, I think it demans something really outstanding of you to get a stadium named after you. Anything else would look weird, especially with a team that's big to begin with. I might consider it decent if you bring a team up from the bottom leagues to the Champions League or something. I'd rather have a new stadium named after a real life legend unless I've done something like Sir Alex Ferguson really.

Im doing a career with portsmouth and we just played hull ion the championship, i couldnt fail to notice that hull have a new stadium which is no longer the kc stadium, now the circle stadium :/
 
I got Dover from the Blue Square South to the Premiership and they still name the new stadium 'Dover Stadium', even with myself as a legend at the club. You should be able to have a say in new stadium names as what you get is rather lame imo.
 
The New stadium thing is ****** annoying I'm aldershot town in the prem in 2031 I had a ground built in 2018 it was at 13,000 but now it's at 31,300(it's max expansion) and has been for 6 seasons but I sell out every game and have done for the last 6 seasons! But because fm doesn't let you build another ground till your one is 20 years old I have to wait another 7 seasons at least! It's ****** annoying because I've won prem 10 years in a row and it affects my finances!
Does anybody know a way round this??

Isn't the stadium actually called "The Circle (Stadium)" and KC is just the sponsor name so they have to put it there?
 
On my Tottenham game the board have just annouced that they are going to build my third new stadium , this one is called Tall Arena (after me ) capacity 130,235
