Hi everyone.
Excuse me for my poor english.

In the profile of a staff member, if you select a role, the game will highlight the skill he need for that role.
But if I select "Data analyst" or "Sport scientist" the game doesn't highlight skills.
How can I know if a person is good or not for that roles?
Which skills do you look at?

No specific attributes are required for those roles. You can just get the cheapest alternatives, it won't make a difference.
