We have been given no chance for survival from the bookies so to get off to a win was very encouraging. To be honest Potters deserved a point as both defenses were shocking. At this level Koroma will score bundles of goals up front if we can keep him away from the injury table. We need to supplement our kids with a few more experienced players like Molnar.

Calling all pensioners. This one’s approaching 40 but his experience will be vital to our young team. Having a few oldies is vital for if and when you run out of captain candidates in case of injury amongst a teenage squad.

What are you to think when you edge out a superior team using a team you think are ****? Yes you begin to doubt yourself and start believing that you have somehow put together a brilliant side only to then go on a losing streak. Lets hope thats not me and I don’t get ahead of myself.

At this level it is very easy to blood young players and sometimes your better off playing a 16 yr old than a 24 yr old.

I know what I want and I get what I want. Most players I bid f0r come. They come because of a good start to the season or they simply like my style. This Francis guy is obviously a ****** fueling his obsession for drug abuse at the time of making up his mind who to sign for.

Three wins out of three “who are ya , who are ya”? Make no mistake, the scoreline flattered us. Scoring at important times saw us through.

Well amongst these young kids at least I have a decent right back and left midfield. Together with Koroma up front and Molnar at the back I’m around 3 class players short of giving this league a real go.

Out of sight out of mind. How easy it is to forget those guys on the treatment table who put in stellar performances to get you into the position you find yourself in. When these guys come back from their long lay off i might just have a decent squad after all.

I felt like Mancini as I snapped up every available player I could on n/a contracts in which you pay the player with fruit, shared around at half time with a cup of tea if you've had a rather good match. As the season progresses I'll trim the fat slowly but surely.

So I made a few losses this month…sack me! I was’nt brought to this club to balance the books. I will grind this club into the dirt if it meant a chance to get off our knees and reach for success.

I was hired for this one reason. I’ve done it before with other clubs I’ve managed and I was full of pride in my lads that it has happened again. The aim is to get the team into the Blue Square Leagues before the arrival of FM13. Once there all information will be downloaded into a brand new FM13 season. So if we get there with Molnar and Koroma, then these players will be added to a custom database as “Sports” players.

The reporter opened the interview by asking what was my promotion secret? ” In this league…” I replied “We surrounded our selfs from the off with the best teenage talent possible. At this level of football a average teenager is better than an average 24yr old. Simply give the kid’s a chance and put them in with experienced players who know how to defend and how to put the ball in the back of the net. We had that with Molnar and Koroma.”

Lesson number one.
Do not mess about with your save games like I've just done. I decided to wonder how would we cope next season with my assistant manager running the show whilst I sunbathe on the beech. I thought I had accumulated enough decent players especially 3 class strikers to push for promotion. The result however was terrible. My Assistant manager was poached and my team sucked big style and avoided relegation by the distance of the thickness of a standard condom. What made matters worse I thought I had saved the original game under a different name. What a plonker!

So now i'm stuck playing this unwanted save that has somehow relegated us to the Southern league even though we finished above the relegation zone. I knew this FMUPDATES lower league database was dodgy as when promoted we went into the Northern league instead of the Ryman prem. However after initial thoughts of quitting I have decided to soldier on but will not update whilst in this division but instead will wait until im promoted back into a premier non league division. This database is so full of errors next season i just might be in the Maltese league.

Just in time for FM13. Having thought about quitting I'm now glad i persevered. FM13 will see us in the Blue Square league with a high quality story lines and improved videos.

Our top scorer for yet another season, Omar Koroma was not even rated by our talented Assistant Manager in his squad report. However the other coaches give him a 3 star rating.
