new team to start with??

hi guys,
Ive been trying to find a new time for a while. I was going to do Birmingham but they have no reserve team. I want a premier league team with a decent squad, some money and wages and is expected to come bottom half. Any suggestions?

chose my team WEST HAM good squad, facilities etc and decent transfer kitty plus u can off load dead wood like dyer, kovac, faubert etc it is fun doing it with the mighty HAMMERS plus u move into the olympic stadium in 2014
