Im trying to make some new team in the Prem or in the portuguese league. can anyone help me on how to?

so do you want to have created players in the club or add real players?
To create the team you have to use data editor...you'll need to create chairman, stadium etc (all takes a long time)

it can be fun but it takes ages to get everything sorted out, and when i tried i always missed something. first time round i wasnt in the FA cup and my average attendance was about 50 even though my stadium could hold 50,000. you have to be meticulous

all you need to do it is the editor and lots of patience, have fun and maybe post it when you have finished
