New to FM 2011 - In need of assistance

Hi all, I've just bought FM 2011 and started a game with Borussia Dortmund. I don't have a lot of money to spend and in need of ideas who I can get? I have experience with older FM games but am totally new to FM 2011. I also downloaded Raikan's new tactic to help me out, I hope it does. Any help would be most appreciated, thanks (H)

I have £173,000 to spend, and I'm looking for a loan striker possibly, and a right back if I can.

At the moment I'm trying to sell some players in my club to make at least some money, but to loan players are really the only option at the moment, even then loans can come with fees so oO)

Update: I've managed to sell someone so now my budget is £1.55m

I'll take a look at him, thanks. Also do you know where I can download a Bundesliga facepack? I can't seem to find many graphic downloads for the new FM

The 2010 facepack seems to be good enough. Though some Dortmund players are not on it, Kagawa for example.
