New to FM 2014

hey i just started my 1st game of FM2014 and im baffled im a top premier team but no matter how much better or money i have all players ive tried to buy the teams accepts offers but the players/agents just keep saying not interested! ?

is this because im new manager at start career ??

or is their new mechanics at work?

Which team are you, and who are you trying to buy? If the player likes the club they're playing for (Messi at Barcelona, for example), they won't be interested no matter how much you offer. And part of it might be your reputation as a manager, quite often the best players in the world won't be interested until you prove yourself through league position, trophies, etc.

fm 14. ive enjoyed fm since.. championship managers lol cm3 cm 00/01 think was , one on xbox, FM 2009 20012 2013

It depends on your reputation, a well as the players reputation, and the players stature at the current club. Also, check whether the player has any preferences in his Information tab. He may not want to play in your country at all..
