New to FM13!

Hey guys, I used to play FM11 but havent played since and have just downloaded FM13 off steam! 50%

I need some help again with this years best developing players, tactics and other must haves!

Im going to start a season with Liverpool with large database

Who are this years top developing players (*must haves) to try and get on either a cheap or in the future splash the cash

Also what are the best recommended downloadable tactics this year? And where do I store them too? On Mac*

Sorry for the noob questions but last time i played the likes of babacar and sanogo were the must haves!

keep sterling, and suso, buy will hughes (sorry people but i think he is amazing) and play him amc, i currently have him with my liverpool save and he plays amc and scores in majority of matches, you'd need another goalkeep aswell
