New to the Game!!

I played FM games on a PSP for years and enjoyed them so thought i'd see what it was like on the PC - so got FM2010. I am finding that the level of involvement from the PSP to the PC is massive so was wondering if you had any tips on how to get in to the game.

I've played for a few hours so far, starting in the bottom divisions and have only progressed about 2 days as it seems there is so much you have to do what with the team, training, transfers etc.

Can anyone offer simple tips for me to get more involved with the game?
