New to this game. Need help

Hi. Im kinda new to this game and need help. I've played one season with Man U and it was a disaster haha... Finished fifth in the league, and was lucky to not get fired.

I have bought Joshua Kimmich and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and sold Phil Jones.

I'm really struggling to find the best role for Pogba. And I'm conceding so many goals from crosses. The only player I get the best out of is Mkhitaryan.

Please help a beginner out...

What do you actually need help with though? Pogba can play many roles and it's more important that you set them team up well around Pogba too. Looking at one role in isolation is pointless.
