new world competition coming soon

i have had an idea in my head for the longest time.
i have always wanted to do a world competition. but not like the ones that are already out there.

kinda like a champions league format.

so here is the idea.

winner of premier league, and winner/ runner-up of FA competition qaulify.

there will be a total of 256 teams....but there is one thing i am confused about....the UEFA Champions League hasqaulification rounds....how the **** to u do that!!! but anyways.

if i cant figure that out then i will just do like 20 groups of 16 or however that works out. top one will qaulifie for the knockout round.

so yea if any can help me out with the qaulifying round thing, then that would be great!!!

so as long as it took, i finnished, but not what i wanted....it didnt give me qaulifying rounds....so ill give u this and if anyone can maybe tweek it a bit.....anyways...here u go
