Newcastle 3rd Season Tactic Help

I made top 4th in my second season which allowed me to sign better players. My team is:
Krul, Santon, Coates, Coloccini, Fabio, Augusto, Sigurosson, Costa, Gutierrez, Ba, Cavani

I usually play 4-4-2. But i'm not winning, Suggest Roles and formation please

Is that Douglas Costa and Renato Augusto and Sigurosson from Swansea ?. ,If so, then you have no balance in your team. You need more hardworking midfielders that know how to defend. I would probably play one ballwinner on defend along with a Advanced playmaker on support. The wingers would be used to their best, the roles suitem them best. Up front, why not use Cavani as a Complete FC and Ba as a Poacher/Advanced FC. As for strategy, it would depend on the game/match, but perhaps sometghing like Fluid-Control and Fluid-Counter, depending on the opponent etc.

NOt sure how that is ?. Anyway, y advice stands. Some more on topic, how wold you like to play, what flow off the game would you like ? The reason I ask is becasue with that team, you should be able to win the prem. This you can do either by using the TC and react to what you see on the pitch or by using a plug & play. What do you prefer and what do you need help with, how much effort do you want top put into the game etc ?
