I would suggest babacar if he isnt already at man utd or chelsea, he develops into a awesome striker, and should be well developed by the 3rd season.

Also check out cedric babaku as well, he usually signs for man utd or chelsea at the start of the game but they are always willing to sell him a few season in.

Isnt ranger developing as well? i usually loan him out at the start and for the 3rd season, he is usually in my starting line up

I got Seydou Doumbia for £9.25 Million. He's scored 13 in 15 premier League games and has been really effective in left strike. He's done far better than Neymar, Lukaku and Riviere. Though I do use 3 strikers so may make him more effective - I'd still go for him anyway though. Hope this post isn't too late.
