I manage 3 teams on my FM 2011 game and I’m currently on 2012/2013 season. Main manager is Man Utd, won the league twice, champions league and FA cup so far, doing really well with them. Gary Neville and Edwin Van Der Sar are retiring at the end of the year, so need to start thinking of possibly replacing them.
Anyway, on Newcastle that I’m managing – I have bought a number of players after a board takeover. Last season I finished 7th with them, won the FA cup but this season I have started so badly and currently in 15th place.

That’s my usual first choice team, all good players IMO! What am I doing wrong? I play a 4-5-1 tactic with them, against big teams I do well – drawing with likes of Chelsea, Arsenal etc but against small teams I got beat.
Any ideas what to change?
