To be honest, can't see any flaws in the team. Maybe sell Jonas and bring in another left winger, as you assistant says(although Jonas always does well for me), as Sanchez isn't a natural left winger. Also, Steven Taylor is unhappy, maybe sell him and replace with someone like Federico Fazio. Apart from that, very sound line up, and the same with your bench/reserves.
