Newcastle tactic need some advice!

Alright I started a Newcastle save and I wanted some tips for my tactic that I created and want your advice on what I could do better with this one.

I want to play a counter attacking football and I thought I should have a deep defensive line because the Newcastle defense is pretty slow.
