if you check your Football Manager 2015 folders on your computer, there should be a Crash Dump folder, delete that and you wont get the problem, thats how use to be done on last years anyway lol

I havent!!! I deleted the crash dumps folder and it kept happening after every game. Cant keep on going like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
