So I've been using newgan for a while, and never had a issue last year but this year it hasn't worked at all. Ive tried different versions of it and done complete uninstall and factory reset but either i get that 'the rtf file is invalid' or the black bar docent fill up all the way and none of the faces are replaced. So far I've found no fix and could do with some assistance. thanks in advance.
