Newly Promoted Teams

Has anybody else noticed that on this years version it has become much more difficult to attract top players to a newly promoted side?

On FM10 i got Leeds a double promotion from League One up to the Premiership and in my first season in the Prem i was able to sign players such as David Bentley, Jo and Anderson, whereas on this years version they are not interested in negotiations with me.

I like this feature because it has made the game more realistic and the agents involvement aswell but it does mean you have to work harder to stay in the top tier.

I like the new negotiation system and the fact that it is harder to attract well known players for a weaker side.
However,it can be very frustrating trying to get a half decent backroom staff for a mediocre team,since 80% of the coaches and scouts won't even talk to you...

that is why there is the dynamic league feature it is alot more realistic this year
