Seems you either love him or hate him, I am not sure how you can compare him in any way to Justin Bieber though oO)

Good for you. The thread is about Newton Faulkner though mate..

I love this one.
When he played in Dublin he lost the small guitar on the way over and explained how all he could get was a toy guitar in a local toy shop (it was a crappy little yellow and blue thing but worked).
He had a great laugh with us and performed the song brilliantly.

I dont have the Dublin link but here is an alternative.

Oh, and for those who think it's terrific guitar playing... Look up Van Halen's Eruption.

Respect to both Chaz :S
One artist uses the entire body of an acoustic to make music and the other uses a battery of effects pedals and amplifiers to create his.

Lets not get pedantic here. ;)

I love his second album, i think it's brilliant.
good music if you need a pick-me-up imo as is Paolo Nutini :)

if we're not counting Richie Blackmore's semi-tapping on Highway Star, he invented tapping too;p And it's not just effect pedals and amps (though the reason behind is trademark brown sound is a ****** amp!), he's a brilliant guitarist, the sheer speed and technical ability is insane. Newton Faulkner is a good guitarist, but he is a completely different breed of guitarist, and imho the style isn't as impressive. Purely subjective, of course.

Anyway, Dimebag playing Eruption.

YouTube- the best solos of dimebag darrell
