And what is maldini position before Played in left back ?? Maybe when he was in primavera??

That would depend a lot on the save. I'm assuming you're talking about youngsters that can develop to that level, not already mature players.

Currently there is no one close to Maldini level, you'll just have to wait for regens and check with fmscout every now and then.

Oh, and Maldini's position was RB in the primavera. When he joined the first team he had to play LB because the RB position was taken by Tassotti, who was doing really good at the time
