Neymar medical fail?

Okay, this is annoying.

When the deal is almost done, I mean when Neymar accepted the contract offer he didn't pass the medical, therefore the deal didn't happen. WTF? I tried almost 10 times, he keeps failing.. WTF?

He's not injured........................ Fully 100% fit, Superb morale, etc. Everything's fine. I dontknow, I start thinking if the salary wasnt enough, he would reject the offer.. I dont know what's happening, its quite annoying.
