NFFC 2nd Season - Direction and Guidance Please...

I know it will take time to respond to this however I would like some guidance, I managed to get Forest promoted in my first season (only just by 1 point thanks to Anderson goal!).

I am now in the Premiership and have signed a few players without really thinking about it. So I want to try my hardest to avoid regulation. I have included my squad list below and I would like you to tell me who you would select and in what role, and who I should try my uttermost to get rid of! I would also like to see what sort of tactic you think I should employ:

umm maybe a 4-2-3-1 your strikers aint the best but you a big (too big) midfield which has sum quality players in it i would play rigid standard more direct and everyting else on default

With that formation is it best to have a big man up front or will Owen do the trick?
