nice tackle

Please Help

My midfielders and defenders just dont put a challenge in. Especially the defenders often they just back off and back off until the striker has a shot.

Now either they are just no good or i need to alter something.

advice please

set your team instructions to:

1) Tackling - Aggressive
2) Man Mark
3) Press More (close down - Not stand off)
4) Touchline Shouts - Get Stuck in and Hassle Opponents
