Nick Powell

Hi!
I bought Powell on my Crawly save. I'm currently in the Championship after back to back promotion. According to my Assistant Manager Powell has the potential to become a Leading Premier Division midfielder. Anyone ever made him a top Premier League midfielder? Does he really have the potential? Currently he's 18 but not good enough to start in the Championship. Should I stall him at my feeder club?

I'm in a similar position to you. I'm Swindon, at the beginning of my fourth season in the Championship. I signed him in the second january transfer window, yet he has never been able to break through into my team, despite good performances for Crewe and being highly rated by my scouts \ coaches. I'm at the point where if he doesn't develop enough in the next year then he will have to leave the club, but with clauses in the deal which would allow me to make more money off him or buy him back cheaply in case he does fulfil his potential.
