Nigel clough for the sack?

I think it will be a real disaster for young managers/managers coming from lower league's if he gets sacked.

The guy has had just over a year to change things with 0 funding. He still has the majority of Jewell's **** squad and it's a step up for him.

He needs to be given time to build his own team and get used to the division he is in. Sure the Scunny defeat was bad but we all have bad games.

Derby fans may need to realise that it may take a good few seasons.

totally agree that it's going to take a few season's for derby and clough to sort the club out, so im backing him all the way.

Baring in mind the club has NO money at all to splash out.

Hope he stays, the championship is a very competitive league and is alot better than the premiership in terms of entertainment as mostly all the teams are evenly match and can cause a upset. It will take him a few season to get a grip with the current situation hes in would take time for him to get the players he wants and etc and he'll be fine whether the board sack him or not lies elsewhere.
