Sorry if already discussed
Started a new save with Hibs after the new patch. Asked the board for a parent club and they accepted. However usually I get to choose on of the big clubs from England; Liverpool, Man United, Tottenham etc. as a recommendation
Now, however, they don't even appear, no matter how much I save & reload they just don't appear, always get the likes of Galatasaray, Braga or Werder Bremen
This wouldn't be so bad if all the names outside of the first team players at these clubs were greyed out
