No Faces / Chat Notifications

Hi All,

Sorry in advance if this thread is on the wrong place. I'm new to the forum and FM 2010.

I've just installed and started my (genuine) new copy of FM 2010, but having started a network game with my friend, nearly all of the player's faces are missing. Is this right, or should I try to reinstall it?

Is there a way to turn on chat notifications for when a fellow manager sends you a network message? At the moment they'll just have to hope that you open the chat window.

Most players don't have pictures, Some of the lower leagues will but nearly none of the top leagues have player pics. There's a 2gb pack available in the downloads section.

To get player faces you will probably want to download this: http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/downloads.php?do=file&id=1040

I can't comment on notifications as I haven't played a network game for years. If you are using Steam you could chat using the Steam overlay (by pressing ALT+TAB) during game.
