No Foreigners in leagues

I don't know if you can do this, since i don't use the editor much, but is it possible to edit the rules so that teams don't buy foreigners? So like every competition would have only home players in it. I think it would make the game more challenging and would make the other leagues a lot stronger.

If this has already been made can anyone give me a link to it? If not could somebody more experienced with the editor try this?

Nationalist much lol? Jokes yeah you can do that on editor, I was thinking of doing it with the Premier League and compensating every team with the combine value of there foreign players, I might actually do it now

lol im not a nationalist, just thought that it would be more challenging and interesting to see what countries produce the best players

btw.. could somebody explain to me how to edit that?
I looked in the editor under the nation rules but couldn't find it anywhere...
