No full time contract offered for me as manager after promotion to highest leauge and club went professionel.

Played a whole season and stayed up in highest leauge in denmark, still no full time contract offered for me as manager. I dont want to be on a ameteur contract. Anyone knows how to fix this bug? Best regards,
