No graphics showing up

Sorry if this is in the wrong section. I just got a new computer and have tried installing FM 2010 as I did on my old computer but on this one there is no graphics, like team logo's, player faces, even the standard team kits in the championship or Ligue 1 ect, I can play the game but there are no graphics. I am on windows 7 by the way. please help

I downloaded a kit and logo pack for the championship to see if they work and they did as you can see from the Shola Ameobi screenshot.

Have a look through the stickies on the graphics section or search.

Probably a config error.
