tbh mate if your squad aint good enough and you dont have the cash then you dont have many options, either sell someone to raise cash to improve the squad, or you bide your time for a season or two and raise funds/get free transfers in and do as well as you can till you get a good enough squad

3mil aint enough to make the squad good enough to challenge at the top so you gotta raise funds or make do with what you got

tbh their squad is pretty good, with a good tactic you could easily challenge at the top with it.

yeah i won the spanish league with atletico madrid in my 1st season and they dont have as good a squad as barca or real so its down to you!
