Try to get an *** man with high JA/JP rates as he'll be able to recommend freebies like mad that will help you in the long run. I fired my *** man and got Chris Brindley. Yeah, he isn't too great of a coach, but I wasn't looking for his coaching abilities, just his scouting ones. He's found some real gems for me, EVERY SINGLE ONE a free player that has excellent long term potential and not greedy. After one season he went to 16/16 for his scouting ratings
