NO NEW SEASON?

So I just won the Championship with Blackburn, a save i put a lot fo time into. When I play the last game of the season however, there are no new games. I keep simulating months ahead - NO games! And I can still view the Championship league table. What is going on??

Did you load any database changes when you started the save?

Nevermind, it fixed when I loaded a backup and played the last game of the season again!
Still pretty scary and weird. And no, no changes whatsoever.
