No-one wants to join Man U

Just been offered and accepted the job to become Man United Manager, Joined in July 2014 and gone to sign players and its coming up that there is noone at all interested in joining. Anyone know why?

Because of the poor results last season? Or the players you want to sign are playing at Barca, Real Madrid, FC Bayern those Big Clubs, or maybe your rivalries?

Poor results last season wont matter because players joining a club is based on club reputation, and there is no way in July 2014 that any one would be able to lower Man Utd reputation by any significant amount.

It could be a number of reasons and reputation could decrease if they haven't performed, You haven't really gave much info on which players are not wanting to join, For example you could be trying to sign Messi or someone who has just joined a club or only been there 6 months or be at the club they support.
