no submit team button

i instaled the new patch because i couldn't manage any national team and at the same time be with a football club. But now i have another problem which is that i cant submit my champions league team for the second round, the submit team button has disapeared for some reason, so basicaly iam stuck because i have to submit the team or else i cant advance
any help...
